Support provided to Ukraine
Immediately after the Russian attack on Ukraine, we decided to donate a portion of the statutory contributions collected during 2022 to support Ukraine. In April 2022, we signed a relevant agreement with a Ukrainian non-governmental organization with which we have previously carried out joint projects on youth exchanges.
As a result, we donated 4,700.00 zloty to implement material assistance for Ukrainian refugees sheltering in Dnipro, Ukraine. 🇵🇱 🇺🇦💪
The local partner organizing local activities is a long-time cooperating organization "Non-formal education for youth" located in Dnipro. In 2019-21 we implemented joint exchange and training projects.
The organization opened a support center for internally displaced persons from Donetsk, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions. 🆘
They need funds to buy food, hygiene products, medicines. If you have the opportunity to help, they will be grateful for every pln/euro that will be donated to help the affected❗💸

Thanks to our financial support, dozens of Ukrainian refugees were supplied with materials necessary for everyday functioning in their temporary shelter. For the needs of another Ukrainian refugee community in Poland, we also presented a new sewing machine, which enabled one person to perform paid work in the new homeland again.
