      The project aims to enable young people aged 16-20 to get new skills, to enable the dialogue between them and the people who make youth policies.
       
      The aim is also to realize the power and possibilities of new media, including citizen media, paying attention to the security of the network. The project participants are young people aged 16-20 years from the north - eastern part of lubelskie voivodenship. Project will consist of 30 participants and 5 people with the initiative group.
 
  Activities will focus on non-formal education methods. Youth will acquire new skills through action. These methods are primarily discussions, workshops, case studies, debate.
 
 
 
 
 
   The qualitative results of the project will be the acquisition by the youth of new competences and skills through workshops getting information on. The possibility of the development of the labor market, communication through the media / social - media. The result will be to build a bridge - a discussion between young people and those who are responsible for youth policy. It will be a long-term benefit, due to the potential as may result from these meetings.

Are you a youth worker from Poland, Spain, Italy, Latvia,

Armenia or FYR of Macedonia?

 

If the answer is yes, this project is designed for you!

     The project includes a training event for 24 participants from Poland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Armenia and FYR of Macedonia. Polish youth workers can join in the event by applying to us.

     The training event includes training courses on "Simplicity" by E. de Bono, Cosquillas methodology, Efficient communication methods development, The Study Circle method, Design thinking workshop and other supporting activities. 

It's aim is to enhance the professional competences of participating youth workers as well as produce a publication covering educational methods used by the participating partner organizations, trainers and methods designed during the event.

     The project budget covers all project related expenditures of the participant, that is:

  • subsistence costs (accommodation and meals)

  • travel costs*

  • visa costs

  • course fee

The event venue is located in Zakopane, Aparthotel Krokusy, Krzeptówki 99a, 34-500 Zakopane.

 

*The travel costs are covered up to a maxium limit set by Erasmus+ programe guide.

We are looking for youth workers from Poland (people working with the youths, no age limit) to participate a multinational training event aimed to enhance their professional competences.

The Training event for all of the 24 participants from the six countries takes place in Poland, Zakopane, Aparthotel Krokusy, on 25th - 31st May 2015. The first and the last days include travel.

The training courses are provided in English language.

OUR OFFER

 

     Within the project frameworks we provide training courses for adult education staff in Slovenia and Sicily, Italy. The training courses are organized by partner institutions - Skupina Primera d.o.o. in Ljubljana, Slovenia and "A Rocca" Associazione in Barcelona Pozzo di Gotto in Sicily, Italy. The trainings cover topics in area of soft skills:

 

  • "Developing effective communication skills"

  • "Peer Coaching as a sustainable source of professional development"

  • "Managing emotions to enhance flow at work"

  • "Working with volunteers"

  • "Simplicity" by E. de Bono

  • "Developing a stimulating teambuildeing programme"

  • "Course for adult education staff in the public education - Multicultural Teaching"

 

     All the costs related to your participation in the mobilities abroad are covered by the project budget. These are:

  • course fee,

  • subsistence costs (e.g. accommodation and meals)*

  • travel costs*

  • travel insurance

  • cost of preparatory courses (e.g brief English course)

 

* travel and subsistence costs are covered to a certain maximum limit described in the Erasmus+ guide and the project documents.
