“Mission impossible” Youth Exchange

Polish-Lithuanian Youth Exchange Fund

Project goal: The aim of the project is to develop social entrepreneurship competences of young people, to promote social change in society, to increase motivation for self-realization, to spread the idea of​​social entrepreneurship.
During the project, participants will become familiar with the concept of social entrepreneurship and how social entrepreneurship differs from regular business, how social entrepreneurs are changing society to achieve social impact in their local communities.

Participants: 14-18 years old youngsters from Lithuania and Poland. 12 participants (10 youngsters + 2 leaders) in each group. In total: 24 participants (and leaders). 


Practical and creative activities, meetings with invited guests will help to achieve the planned results.
➔ The main methods used are teamwork, lectures, discussions, practical assignments, creative assignments, simulations, public and video presentations, games.
➔ The project will help participants develop their creativity, leadership, entrepreneurship and communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, and self-actualization.
Participants will learn how to identify social problems and what to do to change the current situation.




      Travel and accident insurance is a responsibility of the participants. You shall obtain the European Health Insurance Card (EKUZ) in your city. It's free and gives you access to medical care of the host country. You are also advised to buy a regular travel and/ or accident insurance during your travel and your whole stay.
