"Learn Creative, Act Creative" – Youth Exchange

The main aim of the project is: to use art to assist of creation tolerant society, where people will be equally included despite their gender, sexual orientation, ethnic and religion belonging or health condition.
The project brings together 60 young people from 10 different countries; 5 participants aged 18-30 and 1 group leader (without age limit).

Project is be based at Hotel in Kobuleti for the duration of the project.
Young people will be divided by gender. Each country will bring 5 young people to years old and a group leader. The project is open to all genders but we encourage gender balance.

It is required that young people who are participating in the project make a 3-5 minutes long video about its organization, towns, why they are interested in the project and what they are hoping to learn etc.
We will send a questionnaire to be completed prior to arrival so as we can tailor the workshops around what the participant’s needs are and what they would like to learn more about.
It is necessary for all participants to adhere to the rules of project. All receipts for ticket costs, copies of the passports and originals of boarding passes must be submitted to the project leaders. Participants must attend at least 70% of the workshops to be reimbursed. The organizer reserves the right to send back anyone who breaks the rules of the project which we will decide together. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited, as is abuse of any form.

The project will be implemented in the frame of the ERASMUS+ Programme. Accommodation, living, working materials & other project related expenses will be funded 100% by the European Commission, except the travel costs which is up to the limit of 275 euro/person for Polish participant.

REMEMBER that the reimbursement of the travel costs of each country in the Erasmus + program is pre-determined and you have to search for the most cost-efficient option of transportation. The maximum amount of travel costs that is covered by the project for each country is written in the Info-pack. Don’t forget, you have to confirm first with the organizers before buying any tickets. The tickets without organizers' approval, may not be reimbursed.

 

The project was approved without budget for PCR tests of the participants (The participants have to do that on their own).

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS:

5 participants aged 18-30

  • Highly motivated and interested to participate fully in the project activities.

  • Good English level.

  • Commited to do dissemination activities in local community and online after the exchange.

1 group leader, no age limit

  • Experienced and involved in youth exchanges

  • Very good command of English language.

We require you to read and follow the rules set in the Infopack and the "Regulamin Mobilności".
