Erasmus+ Youth Exchange

Budget:

There is a Sending fee (50,00 Polish zl) charged by the Green Elephant Foundation for statutory expenditures accordingly to the Rules (Regulamin Mobilności PL).

Hosting organization (Association for education MLADIINFO Austria) also charge 50,00 euro participation fee from participants on arrival.

Travel costs reimbursement maximum limit for Polish participants is 275 euro.

WORKING LANGUAGE

English

 

Eligible Participants from Poland

  • 4 people aged 18-30

  • 1 group leader (no aged limit)

Participants will have attend 100% of the sessions and they will be asked to do daily assignments.

Activities will be held in English language.

Participants should have a good level of spoken and written English.

Participants have to bring a MUG, preferably characteristic of their country.

SAFETY AND INSURANCE

      Travel and accident insurance is a responsibility of the participants. You shall obtain the European Health Insurance Card (EKUZ) in your city. it's free and gives you access to medical care of the host country. You are also advised to buy a regular travel and/ or accident insurance during your travel and your whole stay.

Project Summary:

The Youth Exchange of 7 partner organizations (4 participants + 1 leader per organization) from 7 different European countries: Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Austria will take place in Vienna, Austria.

Youth Exchange (YE) is planned on 30.07 - 06.08.2018.

    The Green Elephant Foundation is entitled to send 4+1 participants from Poland: 4 people aged 18-30 and 1 group leader (no age limit). The project is organized in multinational partnership.

 

This Youth Exchange aims to:

 

  • share experiences and good practices of sustainability and green economic policies and initiatives. 

  • Increase the interest of young people in sustainability,their involvement in promoting and living an ethical life and their awareness about the positive impact of sustainability

  • Explore the best ways of using social media for social campaigns which promotes sustainability, green economy and ethical living

  • Analyze each partner's country experiences in sustainability: problems faced and solutions founded, laws and regulations imposed by Governments, initiatives and future views on sustainability

  • Foster cooperation at European level, within Erasmus+ framework between NGOs active in promoting the importance of sustainability.
